Patron Chef, Alfred Prasad opens the doors to the Shiuli kitchen to reveal secrets of his culinary creations with a host of inspired classes suitable for beginners or seasoned cooks. Learn from one of the most well-respected Indian chefs in the country. In 2002 Alfred became the youngest Indian chef to have a Michelin star and held the star for 13 years. His philosophy of Heritage, Health and Happiness lies at the core of his cooking. 

Classes usually start at 1030am on a Sunday. The three hours class is followed by lunch including wine / drinks. Join us for a fun Sunday with a lot of food for thought!
